DESCRIPTION:The Miss Clatsop County Scholarship Program is a nonprofit volunteer-based organization that prides itself on empowering women in Clatsop\, Tillamook and Columbia Counties to achieve their personal and professional goals\, while providing a forum in which to express their opinions\, talent\, and intelligence. \nThe pageant takes place at 7 p.m. Saturday\, Feb. 3.
