The Miss Clatsop County Scholarship Program is a nonprofit volunteer-based organization that prides itself on empowering women in Clatsop, Tillamook and Columbia Counties to achieve their personal and professional goals, while providing a forum in which to express their opinions, talent, and intelligence.
